Eligibility for Return and Refund
Returns and refunds can only be processed if the product is unopened and the bottle seal is intact and not disrupted.
The user must submit a refund claim within 5 working days after placing the order.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed exclusively through PayPal.
Once your refund claim is approved, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
Please allow 2-3 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your PayPal account.
Please note that Vasculex.com reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product seal is broken or the refund claim is made after the specified time frame.
